Shipping Policy – GoTypical

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through GoTypical (https://www.gotypical.com), an independent online retailer owned and operated by GoTypical, Inc., a U.S.-based corporation headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after shipment.

Estimated total delivery time:
Processing (1–3 business days) + Shipping (5–8 business days)

Processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or supplier-related factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only): 5–8 business days

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

GoTypical currently ships to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volume, or unforeseen disruptions.


Free Shipping Eligibility

Most U.S. orders within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Eligible orders will automatically display “Free Shipping” during checkout.

Some oversized, heavy, or specialty items may require an additional shipping fee. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed at checkout before purchase.

Typical delivery time after processing remains 5–8 business days.

GoTypical ships using trusted U.S. carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

All shipments include:

Fulfillment & Product Sourcing Notice

GoTypical, Inc. operates as an independent third-party retailer. Many items are shipped directly from verified suppliers and may arrive in manufacturer or supplier packaging rather than GoTypical-branded packaging.

This fulfillment approach allows us to offer a wider product selection while maintaining competitive pricing.

All suppliers are required to meet our quality and fulfillment standards prior to shipment.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment online


Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Retain all original packaging and damaged items

  • Contact us at alpsutton@gotypical.com within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on tracking

We will assist with filing a carrier claim and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

While carriers are responsible for delivery after pickup, GoTypical, Inc. will work with you to help resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.


Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Package Not Received

If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may mark items delivered early

If the package is still missing, contact us at alpsutton@gotypical.com, and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
