This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through GoTypical (www.gotypical.com), an independent online retailer owned and operated by Alphonso Sutton, operating as a U.S. sole proprietorship in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Total delivery time = Processing (1–3 business days) + Shipping (3–7 days).
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., supplier delays or weather).

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping applies to most U.S. orders shipped within the continental United States.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are automatically displayed at checkout.
Some larger or heavy items may require additional shipping fees, which will be clearly shown before payment. Any items that do not qualify for free shipping will display the exact shipping cost during checkout before payment is completed.
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Typical delivery time: 3–7 days (after 1–3 days processing).
Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
Carriers
GoTypical ships orders using reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Each shipment includes real-time tracking and delivery confirmation.
Fulfillment & Product Sourcing
Important Notice: GoTypical is an independent third-party retailer. Many of our products are shipped directly from our verified suppliers and may arrive in manufacturer or supplier packaging rather than GoTypical-branded packaging. This fulfillment model allows us to offer competitive pricing and maintain a wide product selection.
All items are quality-checked by our suppliers before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can follow your shipment through the carrier's website using that number.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Retain all packaging and the damaged items.

Contact alpsutton@gotypical.com within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on tracking.

We'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
While carriers are responsible for delivery once the order leaves our facility, we will fully cooperate to ensure your claim is resolved quickly.
Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
Order Tracking Issues
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:

Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages early.
