🛒 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment, depending on the item and destination.
Shipping timeframes are displayed clearly on product pages when applicable.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. GoTypical currently ships within the United States only.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment through the carrier.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To request a return, email alpsutton@gotypical.com with your order number. Our team will provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions if the return is approved.

Q: Are your products covered by a warranty?
A: All items are covered by GoTypical’s arrival condition guarantee, which applies to products that arrive defective or damaged.
If a manufacturer warranty is available, it will be clearly listed on the individual product page.
Q: How do I care for my products?
A: Basic care instructions are included with each product when provided by the supplier. If you need additional guidance, our support team is happy to help.
