This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GoTypical (https://www.gotypical.com), an independent online retailer owned and operated by GoTypical, Inc., a U.S.-based corporation headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, United States.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking information.
All returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included

Free from damage not caused by defects or shipping issues

Returned with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

❌ Health & wellness items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
❌ Digital downloads or software licenses
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear
These exclusions help ensure product safety, compliance, and fairness.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
Email alpsutton@gotypical.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Package Securely
Use the original packaging whenever possible to prevent transit damage.
4. Ship the Item

Defective or incorrect items: A prepaid return label will be provided

All other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds Include
✔ Full item cost
✔ Original shipping cost only if the item was defective or sent in error
Refunds Do Not Include
❌ Original shipping cost for non-defective returns
❌ Return shipping costs for non-defective returns
You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed. Any deductions will be clearly explained.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability).
