This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GoTypical (www.gotypical.com), an independent online retailer owned and operated by Alphonso Sutton, operating as a U.S. sole proprietorship, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Free from damage not caused by defects

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
❌ Personalized or custom products
❌ Health & wellness items (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Digital downloads or software licenses
❌ Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
How to Return

Contact Us: Email alpsutton@gotypical.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Package Securely: Use the original packaging when possible to avoid damage in transit.

Ship Back:
• Defective or damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label.
• Other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item was defective or sent in error.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Any deductions for return shipping will be displayed in your refund email confirmation.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? We gladly offer exchanges (subject to availability).
The process and return conditions are the same as above.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
📧 Email alpsutton@gotypical.com within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on tracking.
📸 Include clear photos of the damage.
We'll send a prepaid label and issue a full refund including the original shipping costs.
